Demonstrations
10:30-11 am – Mounted Eagles Rider Demonstration by Sue Bailiff, Head Instructor NARHA Certified. Learn about The Mounted Eagles Therapeutic Horsemanship for Persons with Disabilities Program, hosted at Spirit Horse Center.
11-11:20 am – "Her Heart, Your Heart...What You Need to Know" by Lise Lunde, ANP, presented on behalf of Minneapolis Heart Institute
Brainerd Lakes. A discussion about women's cardiac health.
11:30 am-12:15 pm – Spirit Horse Center Products, by Staci Grattan, Spirit Horse Center owner. Spirit Horse Center is a dealer for many personal health products for both humans and animals. Find out more about Oma's Pride Raw Pet Food, Young Living Essential Oils, and Espana Silk All Natural Animal and Human Grooming Products. A basic overview of the products; samples will be available.
Noon-1 pm – Lunch
12:30 pm – Musical Freestyle Demonstration by Kelsey Olson riding Guardian and Drue Fletcher riding Smoky. Instructor and Choreographer is Michelle Gonzalez of Spirit Movement Dance Studio

12:40 pm – Lunge Line Lesson Demonstration by Assistant Trainer Kate LePage with Talina Gonzalez riding Guardian. Lessons available for beginners and advanced riders, adults and children. Ride one of our school horses or use your own.
1-1:30 pm – "Choose Your Equine Path" by Dr. Don Wasilensky, D.C. Dr. Don is a retired chiropractor and Spirit Horse Center Horse and Human Health Practitioner. He will present a short story illustrating your ability to make choices: Do you want to walk through life with a partner/horse that shares the same desires as you?
*Bonus – "Night Tracks Introduction" and a free formula for creating a
stress-free relationship with your horse.
1:30-1:45 pm – Break
1:45-2:15 pm – CANCELED - "Connecting With Your Horse" by Nancy Lennon, Animal Whisperer and Author. Connect with your horse on a deeper level.
2:30-3 pm – “How Dance Can Benefit Your Riding” – A demonstration of "The Riders Class" by Spirit Movement Dance Studio - Oscar, Michelle and Talina Gonzalez.
3 pm – Equine Sports Massage by Lise Lunde, CESMT. Learn basic techniques for relaxation and relief.
Activities available throughout the day
Tack Swap 9am-3pm – The Friends of Spirit Horse Center are coordinating a tack swap that's open to anyone who wants to sell, buy or trade used tack, grooming equipment or any other horse-related gear or items. To sell items, call Carrie prior to the event, at 839-1798. Tack Swap intake day is Friday.

Kids Activities - There will be fun activities for kids to take part in. Spirit Horse Center is a safe and fun environment for kids, and we encourage them to enjoy themselves here.
